Parmod Choudhari is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Devamic Immigration and Visa Services Inc. He is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with IRB authorization (RCIC-IRB), committed to providing ethical, knowledgeable, and client-focused immigration representation.

Parmod Choudhari graduated from Queen’s University and completed the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law, a program designed to develop strong legal, professional, and practical foundations in Canadian immigration practice.

Parmod’s journey to immigration practice is shaped not only by formal education, but also by lived experience. He came to Canada as an immigrant and understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainties, responsibilities, and hopes that many newcomers carry with them. Like many immigrants, he worked hard to build his future in Canada while adapting to a new system, a new environment, and new expectations.

Before entering immigration practice, Parmod worked in retail and sales, where he developed strong people skills and a practical understanding of client service, communication, and trust. He later worked in a manufacturing company as a Design Engineer, which strengthened his analytical thinking, attention to detail, and disciplined approach to problem-solving.

With time, Parmod chose to bring together his personal journey, professional experience, and legal education to serve individuals and families navigating Canadian immigration matters. He understands that immigration is not only about forms and procedures. It is about people, families, livelihoods, responsibilities, and life-changing decisions. This perspective allows him to relate to his clients, understand the pressures they face, and approach each matter with care, professionalism, and respect.
